great service but breakfast needs variety
The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Nellie left me a voicemail about my wallet found in the parking lot, which was a huge relief. Maria made sure breakfast was stocked well and the meeting room was available for my bikes overnight, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, I appreciated the space provided for my family with our dogs, as we had room to relax.
Breakfast could definitely benefit from more options.

The staff truly made this experience memorable, with Maria promptly returning my dropped wallet and the front desk being extremely accommodating, allowing us to store our bicycles in a meeting room overnight. Clean rooms were complemented by comfortable beds, but the toilet issues were a significant inconvenience, requiring multiple repairs during my stay. Breakfast offered limited options, and while the cleanliness was commendable, the amenities could use some improvement.

Exceptional service highlighted my stay, particularly when Maria found and returned my wallet from the parking lot. The front desk was accommodating, allowing my friend and me to store our bicycles in the meeting room overnight. Unfortunately, the room's mini fridge was quite noisy and kept us up, and the closet door was frustratingly difficult to operate. The breakfast was satisfactory, yet it lacked some variety to enhance the experience.
